REAPER EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

By signing this REAPER Waiver and Release of Liability (this “REAPER Release”), I acknowledge that, due to its extremely hot nature, eating a Chicken-n-Waffles REAPER (the “REAPER”) carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may be reasonable foreseeable. 

​I acknowledge that eating the REAPER can cause me harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, emotional distress, or even death. 

​I am eating the REAPER willingly. I am not impaired or otherwise intoxicated.

​By signing this REAPER Release, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chicken-n-Waffles, its members, managers, employees, agents and representatives from all losses, claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of eating the REAPER. 

​I hereby certify and confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and that I have the legal capacity to sign this REAPER Release. I have read this document and I understand its contents.
